Payments:

1. All payments must be received by us prior to shipping the products.
2. No COD (Cash on Delivery) will be entertained for MTO (Make to Order) Kolhapuri Chappals.
3. The refund of returned or canceled order would be credited within 7 working days.

Returns:

1. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, you can return it in the same condition within 5 days of your receiving it, Items returned beyond 5 days of receiving will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
2. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original labels and invoices.
3. Opened products that have been damaged by your usage cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
4. If we cannot arrange reverse shipment for the product due to the unavailability of our logistics partners, then you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case.
5. The amount minus the shipping charges would be credited into your account or in the form of a gift voucher that you can use for purchasing another product. On request, we can also refund the amount directly to customer's bank account.
6. You can expect to receive the gift voucher within 5-6 days after the product is received by us. Refund of the amount usually takes 7 working days.
7. You must e-mail us before returning the product to get an authorization.
8. The Divyam Leather Crafts Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject the request for return.

Placing Orders:

1. Once you place an order, we will confirm the chappal size by emailing or calling you.
2. No COD (Cash on Delivery) will be entertained for MTO (Make to Order) Kolhapuri Chappals.
3. Fulfillment of the order is subject to product availability and acceptance of your order.
4. Availability of the products is subject to change without notice.
5. Please mail or call us before placing a bulk or commercial orders.
6. The company shall have the rights to refuse or cancel any orders placed for unless the product has already been dispatched

Shipping and Delivery:

1. Before placing an order, please confirm the length of your foot. Please see the section "Find Your Chappal Size".
2. Shipping is free of cost across India and there are no extra taxes, hidden costs, or additional shipping charges. COD is an extra facility, so you have to pay COD charges (Rs. 100 per order).
3. Our endeavour is to ship each item in your order within 7 working days from the order date. However, if the product(s) is out of stock or if we encounter some unforseen problem, we may take 5 to 7 days more to ship your product(s).
4. Typical Kolhapuri chappals are made to order (MT O) that we have particularly specified on the web. If the MTO chappal(s) is not available in the stock, we may take 7 days more to make it for you.
5. Each order can be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. Therefore, if you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
6. Shipping schedules are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation by us:

1. You can cancel your order or an item in your order online before the order has been processed or shipped.
2. The orders cancellations and quantity reductions must be made before the order is shipped.
3. The amount would be refunded to the user in the form of a gift voucher within 5-6 days. The user can use the gift voucher for the next purchase.
4. We have the full right to accept or reject your cancellation request.

Product Look, Price & Warranty:

1. The M&C provides accurate product and pricing information, however typological error may happen. Such errors, will be notified to the customer.
2. The color, design and look can differ slightly from the images shown on the website.
3. Prices of the products are subject to change without notice.
4. The company does not give any warranties for the product. However these products are handcrafted and as a result are sturdy and durable.

BO Clause: We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions will be construed only in accordance with the laws of India. In respect of all matters/disputes arising out of, in connection with or in relation to these terms and conditions or any other conditions on this website, only the competent Courts in Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
